WWE fans outraged over Booker-T's illegal elimination from Royal Rumble match following his surprising return

Many retired and famous wrestlers are known to make surprise appearances at the Royal Rumble. The 39th annual Royal Rumble held in San Antonio, Texas’s Alamodome was no exception, as Booker T made a surprise entrance that drove the crowd wild.

The Royal Rumble, which is the flagship event for WWE, generally makes unprecedented levels of excitement among wrestling fans all over the world.

This is primarily because of the fact that many renowned wrestling superstars return to compete in the event without giving the fans any prior warning about their participation.

Booker T. Huffman Jr., better known by his ring name Booker T, has been one of the most well-known wrestlers in the WWE throughout the first decade of this century.

Booker T has been dropping hints on social media for weeks now about his desire to return to the squared circle for the Royal Rumble, but never officially announced his participation.

The 57-year-old wrestling legend appeared out of nowhere as the 21st entrant and immediately began to engage in combat with Finn Balor. Huffman, on the other hand, was only in the competition for a few seconds before being eliminated by Gunther.

The six-time world champion’s act would not have been completed without his signature spinarooni move, and when he did, the crowd went absolutely nuts.

Fans of Booker T, on the other hand, are going crazy for a different reason. Many audiences seem to believe that Booker was not technically eliminated because he went through the middle rope during the match.

There is some ambiguity as to whether Booker was eliminated or not in the video evidence on which Booker’s fans base their claims.
