“You’ll do what you’re told”: Conor McGregor lands harsh jibe at Michael Chandler ahead of speculated UFC bout

Former UFC champion Conor McGregor is all set to make his comeback inside the octagon this year against Michael Chandler. The Notorious will return from his brutal leg injury after two years and it is needless to say that fight fans around the world are highly anticipated to see him fight.

The two lightweight contenders who will collide against each other are serving as head coaches for The Ultimate Fighter 31 edition. The promotion announced this season of TUF on March 4 and the show will air on May 30th. As we inch closer to this popular reality TV show, fight fans are excited as two of the biggest superstars will clash head.

To hype up TUF, the promotion has released a trailer and a few clips on their channels on social media. In one of the videos, while having a conversation McGregor was teasing Chandler and took a brutal dig at the former title contender.

“Ever told you what weight it’s gonna be, 185.” Chandler replied, “You wanna do 185, we’ll do 185.” Conor laughed and said “You’ll do what you’re told. I’m gonna kill you. This is my game, This is my game forever.”

From the looks of this conversation, Chandler is ready to fight The Notorious at any weight class. Welterweight seems to be perfect for Michael Chandler as he normally walks around at that weight. 185 might not be a great idea for either fighter. But as Conor said he holds the narrative of this matchup and the stipulations will be on him.

The UFC released the first footage of The Ultimate Fighter which will make its debut at ESPN on May 30. In this video, Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler engaged in an intense faceoff. During this faceoff, The Notorious exchanged some harsh words with Iron after which he violently shoved Chandler.

This small clip has shown that McGregor and Chandler are high on energy and consequently, we might see many more exciting moments throughout the TUF season. It is needless to say that fans around the world are looking forward to the release of all the episodes as two of the most entertaining fighters will coach talented prospects.
