Conor McGregor reacts to Liam Neeson calling him ‘Little Leprechaun’ and giving ‘Ireland a bad name’

Looks like Conor might be making a sensible move after a very long time. His fellow Irish Liam Neeson did not react very kindly while talking about the former Lightweight fighter and everyone was expecting a brash reply. But for some reason, Conor decided to play it safe and offer a short reply.

Liam said while talking about Conor and the UFC, “UFC I can’t stand. That to me is like a bar fight. I know the practitioners are like, ‘no, you’re wrong—the months of training we do…’ Why don’t you just grab a beer bottle and hit the other guy over the head? That’s the next stage of the UFC. I hate it… That little leprechaun Conor McGregor, gives Ireland a bad name. I know he’s fit, and I admire him for that. But I can’t take it.”

McGregor was probably sober or he received some sound advice amidst all his controversy as he simply replied, “Irish proud – always” with the national fag added in the end. Most of the time we talk about the ‘Notorious’ Irish, we usually talk about his many wrongdoings but we should give credit where credit is due and appreciate his positive response.

What has Conor McGregor been up to?

After back-to-back losses and a serious leg injury, Conor suffered after fighting against Dustin Poirier, the superstar went on a recovery period. Many of his most recent recovery pictures were suspicious and he got accused of steroid abuse. After this, his former friend Artem Lobov filed a lawsuit over the ownership of the ‘proper 12’ brand followed by another defamation lawsuit.

Conor did manage to win the defamation lawsuit but soon he got into more trouble after a woman accused her of assault on a Yacht. Shortly after this his comeback fight against Michael Chandler got announced.

We hope the former champion brings positive changes to his future conduct.
