Lamar Odom is a former NBA player who made a name for himself on and off the field. Back in his days, Odom played basketball with a lot of authority, winning the championship repeatedly in 2009 and 2010, while in the following year, he was voted the NBA Sixth Man of the Year. Even off the arena, he grabbed a lot of attention dating and marrying Khloe Kardashian.
They got married just after knowing each other for a month after meeting at a party of Metta Sandiford-Artest. However, fans loved them, and they soon ran and series- Khloé & Lamar; yet their marriage did not last for long as Odom had a severe addiction issue.
After getting his divorce in 2013, the man could never recover from his addictions and often was found in brothels, wasted on drugs, and in embarrassing situations. Years later, Lamar opened up to FoxTV in a special show dedicated to him- TMZ Presents Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs, and Kardashians- where he talks about his life after divorce and how he struggled with drug and sex addiction.

What does Lamar say in the show?
In the show, Lamar mentions an incident in 2015 when the owner of Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada, Dennis Hof tried to kill him. After drinking one shot in the infamous brothel in 2015, Lamar claims he woke up three days later in a hospital, unable to communicate or move as tubes protracted from his body. Odom denies consciously consuming drugs that day but doubts Dennis Hof has mixed something with his drink, wanting to kill him.
However, Lamar survived; to date, he does not know why the brothel owner wanted to kill him.
