Croft then, comes with his spot-on predictions again as he claims the new contract would be out in the coming month at Silverstone.

“It won’t be about money; it will be about support for the Hamilton commission, support with the various things Lewis wants to do – tie-ups in the future, maybe an ambassadorial role. There will be lots of different things that need sorting out, but it will get done. It wouldn’t surprise me if it gets done at Silverstone next month; that would be logical.” He added

Lewis Hamilton’s new Mercedes F1 rumours speculate

We don’t have the new deal details because they aren’t official yet, but we do have what Sportune, a French outlet, heard on the grapevine. According to their claim, the new deal would include a 2-year extension of 125 million pounds. Lewis Hamilton has also been seen advocating for a special provision that would elevate him to the ambassadorial role of the racing team until he is 50.

This would mean Lewis is paid around 222 million pounds for promoting the brand during his tenure as an ambassador after he retires from motor racing. This is fantastic news for the Brit’s fans as they would see the star in the sport for one more decade.

“We’ve got such a good relationship we dread the moment we have to talk about money”, reports Toto Wolff. The boss has not yet commented on when the contract will be out, but we can expect it in the coming month.

Lewis Hamilton’s new contract is overdue, as the speculations have been going on since the start of the 2023 season. Stay tuned with Sportszion to be the first to know about the contents of the contract.
