“Me and Bron have grown as human beings.” Kyrie Irving finally speaks out on LeBron James’ rumored desire to transfer him to Lakers

The Dallas Mavericks’ newly obtained prize, Kyrie Irving’s first press conference, wasn’t full of negativity and disappointing memories; there were some particularly sweet moments produced by the star.

In the exclusive interview yesterday, Kyrie discussed a number of topics. Among these are his controversial anti-Semitic post, suspension, and apology, as well as his recent bitter memory with the Brooklyn Nets.

However, the media seemed somewhat biased, and the point guard shared his feelings towards living legend Lebron James’ recent social media activity.

What did Kyrie Irving say about LeBron James?

In the beginning of the season, the Los Angeles Lakers were interested in former Brooklyn Nets star. Even when, on Friday, the eight-time NBA all-star submitted a trade request, the Lakers superstar posted a cryptic message on Twitter. Subsequently, after confirming Irving’s move to the Mavericks, James again posted an upsetting tweet.

These activities were not overlooked by LeBron James’ former Cavaliers teammate. “Me and Bron have grown as human beings. He’s always gonna be my brother… But my focus is here,” Irving reflected on their brotherhood. “Unfortunately, the Lakers, they’re doing what they’re doing. That’s it.”

It became clear from the first attempt by the Lakers back in September that the 2010 NBA champion also preferred them to reunite with the highest point scorer in NBA history. However, fate hasn’t decided on that yet, and the Mavericks PG found it unfortunate.

Along with the duo, a large portion of the NBA world wanted the deal to happen; even their former teammate Tristan Thompson said, “They need each other and it’s a perfect marriage.”

Irving-James has a long history of bromance; previously, when the 30-year-old faced widespread condemnation for his controversial anti-Semitic stance, King James stood beside him, supported him against the world, and encouraged him to fight on.

Whatever the case may be, Irving is now a Maverick, and with that comes the responsibility of being a Maverick player. Now he will get to play with future super star Luka Doncic, and fans can’t wait to see how this duo performs.
