Oleksandr Usyk’s wife viciously targets Tyson Fury with terrifying “grim reaper is coming” meme

After days of online spat, allegations from both camps, and more importantly anticipation, Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk have agreed to lock horns. The two have now started their mental battle as they are focused on unnerving each other. Katerina Usyk, Oleksandr’s wife has now hurled her shot at Tyson Fury, sharing a meme labeling his husband as the grim reaper.

What did Oleksandr Usyk’s wife imply to Tyson Fury?

Katerina has taken it to Instagram to unsettle her husband’s upcoming opponent. She shared a meme where she pasted her husband’s face on the grim reaper.

The grim reaper is seen to be knocking on the door that has Tyson Fury’s face on it. Meanwhile, the grim reaper has left behind a trail of blood in three doors, left wide open. Three of the doors have photos of Tony Bellew, Dereck Chisora, and Anthony Joshua. These insinuate his husband’s victory over these three fearsome and revered boxers, among which Joshua faced the music on two consecutive occasions.

Katerina has very clearly sent a message to Fury that ‘The Gypsy King’ is next in line. The Ukrainian has cinched the WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight world championship belts around his waist. The meme suggests that Usyk has already conquered Great Britain (two of them inflicted upon Joshua) by embedding the Union Jack on Joshua’s door. And now he is on the hunt for yet another British victim.

Tyson Fury still has not signed a contract despite a verbal pact with Oleksandr Usyk

Tyson Fury previously posted a training video of himself saying he will beat the life out of Usyk. Before the agreement, Usyk once called Fury a “greedy belly.”

Reports suggested that Fury initially agreed on a 50/50 purse split, eventually breaking the sanctity of a verbal pact. Usyk’s promoter Alex Krassyuk was left visibly frustrated by that incident. He claimed that Fury was afraid to fight Usyk.

Fury had to face a lot of backlash from the boxing community as well. Eddie Hearn touted him as greedy as well. Fury’s promoter, Frank Warren, eventually set propositions of a 70/30 purse split, with an additional warrant of not prolonging negotiations beyond that weekend. To almost everyone’s surprise, Usyk agreed to the deal with the condition of Fury donating one million pounds to the war-ravaged Ukrainians.

The fight has been confirmed by verbal agreements after that. However, a cloud of doubt still hovers over the fight as the two camps have still not penned down a contract. Amidst the rising tension, Katerina seemed to have sparked a fire. It remains to be seen how Tyson or his camp reacts to this taunt.
