Joanna Jedrzejczyk rode off into the sunset in 2022, leaving behind a legacy no one can deny or ever forget. The stars were studded as UFC rocked Miami for its 299th event. Many big names in fighting, including Jedrzejczyk, were present in the crowd for what ended up being one of the highest-grossing events in UFC history.
After the main card began, the company decided to announce and honor the latest entry in the Hall of Fame class of 2024. The entry was none other than the great Joanna Jedrzejczyk, who was brought to tears as her career highlights began to roll.
Joanna became the second female inductee of the H.O.F in history and the first from the strawweight division. The ceremony will take place on June 27th in the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Joanna racked up 21 fights in her decade-long illustrious career, with 16 of them being victories. She faced peak competition throughout her run without ever backing down, producing one of the most memorable title runs in women’s MMA.
After seizing the title from Esparza, she went on an unforgettable title run with five defenses over a span of two years. The dominance she imposed on an entire division rightfully gave her the moniker “The Boogeywoman.”
In her last fight, she went out on her shield in a rematch battle against Zhang Weili. The way Joanna put the strawweight division on the map will not be exactly replicated by any athlete, no matter how unique they are.
