So it can be said, It is lucrative, exciting, and worth the risk.

Now, let’s take a look at the betting odds and the bookies’ choices along with our UFC Vegas 44: Font vs Aldo predictions.

  • Rob Font (-115) vs Jose Aldo (-105)

With both fighters coming off impressive wins against difficult opponents, this was always going to be a close fight. Form-wise, Font and Aldo come in on a 4 fight and 2 fight win streak respectively. However, with age (slightly) on his side and a bigger win streak under his belt, Font slightly edges it. Will the former pizza delivery claim another big win or will the King of Rio roll back the years? We can’t wait to find out.

Prediction: Rob Font to win via KO/TKO or Decision.

  • Brad Riddell (-115) vs Rafael Fiziev (-115)

Up next we have two up-and-coming fighters in the Lightweight division. With both sharing an identical 10-0 record and a four-fight win streak in the UFC, this is truly a hard one to call. Both fighters looked impressive in their previous fights and both have shown the heart to go all the way. Truly, this fight will be a joy to watch, and honestly, it could go either way.

Prediction: Brad Riddell to win via KO/TKO or Decision.

  • Jim Crute (-180) vs Jamahal Hill (+150)

Up next we have Jimmy Crute and Jamahal Hill, both making their return from injuries. Whilst Jimmy suffered a leg injury during his fight with Anthony Smith, Jamahal Hill suffered a dislocated elbow against Paul Craig. Whilst both fighters have achieved some considerable feats, they are also relatively inexperienced against high-level opposition. However, in terms of experience, Jimmy edges out and is likely the betting favorite for that exact reason.

Prediction: Jimmy Crute to win via Submission or Decision.

  • Brendan Allen (-360) vs Chris Curtis (+270)

Coming in next we have Chris Curtis making a quick turnaround after his debut at UFC 268 and a first-round KO of Phil Hawes. Despite being impressive in that fight, he will now be moving up a weight class to take on Brendan Allen. Aside from that one loss to Sean Strickland, Allen has looked flawless in his time with the UFC. He is big, strong and skillfully in all departments and we think that he has a good chance of taking this fight.

Prediction: Brendan Allen by KO/TKO or Submission.
