Belal Muhammad reunites with Ex-UFC champ Khabib Nurmagomedov to train ahead of his welterweight title bout

Only a few days ago, Belal Muhammad made a successful comeback to the octagon. Although ‘Remember The Name’ has begun training with Khabib Nurmagomedov in anticipation of his forthcoming title fight.

Since his most recent octagon victory, Belal has started posting images and videos of his training. The welterweight fighter shared photos of himself alongside Nurmagomedov, Cain Velasquez, Daniel Cormier, and Javier Mendez on social media.

Belal Muhammad made a statement in UFC 288

The Palestinian fighter appears to be sending a clear message to Dana White that he’s battling valiantly and is deserving of the next big fight. Just two weeks ago, Gilbert Burns lost to Belal at UFC 288’s co-main event at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Despite having little time to prepare for the fight, “Remember The Name” won by unanimous decision. The fourth-ranked fighter not only had an astounding comeback but also secured a shot at the title after such a fantastic victory over Durinho.

Who’s next for Remember The Name: Rocky or Chaos?

The winner of the fight between Belal and Burns will be eligible for a title fight, according to Dana White’s announcement given before UFC 288. Leon ‘Rocky’ Edwards is scheduled to defend his welterweight title against Colby Covington.

Belal therefore undoubtedly took a step forward toward the top of the podium to wear the gold strap despite widespread doubts about his MMA skills and octagon charisma.

The 34-year-old fighter’s social media posts demonstrating his enormous effort with the retired UFC legends are evidence that he is preparing hard for his upcoming battle and is ready to win the title.

The MMA community is already excited about a title fight involving Belal Muhammad. Whom do you expect the Palestinian to face, Leon Edwards or Colby Covington? Don’t forget to share your thoughts with us in the comments.
