Conor McGregor’s India Boxing Debut Against Logan Paul in Talks with Ambani Family

Conor McGregor, who hasn’t fought since breaking his leg in 2021 against Dustin Poirier, went on social media to deny rumors about a fight with Ilia Topuria. Instead, he shared news about his boxing debut in India, which is in early talks with India’s most wealthy Ambani Family.

McGregor’s recent lawsuit has caused a lot of backlash, making it less likely he will join the UFC next year. Despite these challenges, McGregor remains committed to his boxing career. McGregor announced he is in early talks with the Ambani family to organize a boxing match against Logan Paul in India.

Following the high-profile fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson, rumors have surfaced about a potential exhibition match between Logan Paul and Conor McGregor. Recently McGregor confirmed on social media that their future boxing fight could be in India, and he is in preliminary agreements with the Ambani family.

He tweeted, “The rumors of a bout with [Topuria] are false. I am in preliminary agreements with the Ambani family to face Logan Paul in a boxing exhibition in India. I have agreed. I will then seek my return to the Octagon.”

Why does Conor McGregor choose the Ambani family?

Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Indian tycoon Mukesh Ambani, married Radhika Merchant this summer, and the wedding grabbed everyone’s attention. The event cost between $320 million and $600 million and lasted six days, including a private Mediterranean cruise for 1,200 guests.

Famous people like Mike Tyson, John Cena, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Justin Bieber were there. The cruise lasted four days with concerts by the Backstreet Boys, David Guetta, Pitbull, and Katy Perry. The journey started in Sicily and ended in Rome with Andrea Bocelli performing.

With such a big event, it makes sense that the Ambanis are now getting into the fight business, planning big-money matches with Conor McGregor and Logan Paul.
