Ex-MMA star hypes up Tyson Fury vs Jon Jones bout as a major money-maker

The MMA community has put Dana White in the spotlight for trying to stage a fight between Tyson Fury and Jon Jones under the UFC banner. A former MMA fighter recently shared his opinions on the proposed match, suggesting it would set numerous records financially.

The prospective fight between Tyson Fury and Jon Jones was discussed in depth by former UFC fighter Michael Bisping on his YouTube channel. According to the MMA analyst the fight is going to be a massive hit in terms of financial profit.

Michael Bisping envisions massive PPV numbers

“Apparently Floyd Mayweather made a gigantic $280 million. Conor, he managed to get $130 million. Would Tyson Fury and John Jones do similar numbers? I’m gonna say it would.” Bisping said.

“The Count” also expressed that in reality finalizing a fight for The Gypsy King is one difficult task. Fury was supposed to fight Oleksandr Usyk which didn’t happen even after five months of negotiations between the two heavyweights.

“Usyk should be the fight. Stipe should be the fight for Jon Jones, but I’m telling you, just as a fan, I would love to see it. I’m intrigued,” Bisping added.

Why Bisping thinks Fury vs Jones will match Mayweather vs McGregor

In 2017 ‘The Notorious’ fought Floyd and it was a massive record breaking match in the history of boxing. Bisping thinks even though the fight is going to be extremely hard to make but still it’d incredibly profitable if happens.

In the video titled as ‘‘Dana White Appears Serious About Jon Jones vs Tyson Fury’, the British MMA analyst praised Fury for his boxing prowess by saying, “He comes from a fighting family of gypsies you know they are tough bastards, simple as that.

According to the retired MMA fighter, If it was a street fight Jon Jones probably wouldn’t stand a chance against Fury. However things would not be the same if they fight in a proper mixed martial arts fight.

Michael thinks inside the octagon, Bones wil dominate over Fury with his MMA skills. However, Fury isn’t too interested to fight Jones in a fight other than boxing.
