Jake Paul urged to entice Tyson Fury towards PFL’s smart cage for proposed hybrid rules bout vs Francis Ngannou

A whole new dimension of possibilities appeared after former heavyweight champion Francis ‘The Predator’ Ngannou parted ways with the UFC citing contract reasons. Currently, he is teasing a fight against Heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury and Jake Paul has the chance to hold the fight under PFL.

Dan Hardy spoke on this matter saying, “I think Jake sees big opportunities and he’s clever at marketing. I think the PFL could use him very well to broker some big fights. Honestly, the fight to make right now is to get PFL and Jake Paul working on Tyson Fury versus Francis Ngannou in MMA gloves. I mean, if that doesn’t sell pay-per-views I don’t know what would.”

He further added, “With him being able to grab wrists and hand fight and all of the stuff he can’t get away with in boxing, if PFL could make some kind of match-up between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou, it’s worth whatever money they can put on the table.”

Why should Jake Paul arrange Fury vs Ngannou?

Jake Paul recently signed a contract with PFL to compete in a new ‘Super Division’. He also bought a stake in the company and will likely take some responsibility for promotion as he has a huge audience. Currently, he has a fight against boxer Tommy Fury and conspiracy theories suggest this will be his last boxing match.

On the other hand, the history between Francis and Tyson goes way back. It is speculated that the Cameroonians got interested in boxing after seeing the huge amount of money getting thrown around. On the other hand, ‘The Gypsy King’ has his fair share of wealth and wants to build his legacy.

‘The Predator’ was ringside during one of Fury’s matches and many expected a contract to be signed soon but nothing materialized. Now ‘The Problem Child’ can host this dream match-up to grab the attention of combat sports fans across the globe and also make a lot of money in the process.

When do you want to see Fury vs Ngannou?
