Khabib Nurmagomedov was concerned about the hairstyle of a young wrestler who came to visit the AKA gym, the kickboxing academy where Khabib once trained as a fighter!
The young child was visiting the gym with a few of his friends while sporting a wacky hairdo! This prompted Khabib to hilariously ask the boy if he was a wrestler or a singer. Khabib was seen explaining to the child that if he wanted to be a wrestler like him, he would have to keep a hairstyle similar to his semi bald look.

Khabib Nurmagomedov has stopped fighting and retired from active MMA, but he continues to coach and train his teammates who are still active. Khabib has taken on a coaching role much like his belated father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov.
Abdulmanap passed away due to Covid-19 related issues, his death is the reason behind Khabib’s early retirement from the sport. Although Khabib will never compete again, he still trains in the gym every day with his fellow fighters. Khabib’s long-time friend Islam Makhachev is climbing his way up the lightweight rankings to challenge for the belt against Charles Oliveira, the current champion.
Khabib’s remark that the young child with stylish hair will never become a wrestler shows the generation and the culture barrier the UFC star still has even after living and training in the USA for so long!
