Taylor Swift fans put rivalry aside to boost Tyler Bass campaign with $300K donation

The Buffalo Bulls faced a brutal loss to the Chiefs in the Divisional matchup and the disappointed fans targeted the kicker Tyler Bass to let out their anger. The pop icon Taylor Swift also attended that game to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Chiefs.

Despite the Bills’ rivalry with the Chiefs, the pop icon’s fans came forward to back up Bass when his own fans targeted him brutally.

Taylor Swift fans rally behind Tyler Bass campaign

After Tyler Bass faced criticism for his poor performance, a cat adoption organization Ten Lives Club announced on Facebook that they are raising money in a way to support the kicker. Tyler Bass had been associated with this organization for some time and he is known as a cat lover.

Therefore, the organization took this step and fans generously donated to the organization in to express support for Bass.

“We stand with Tyler Bass. Don’t bully our friend,” Ten Lives Club spokesperson Kimberly LaRussa said.

The Buffalo-area cat rescue organization recently shared that Swifties have made great contributions to these donations.

The organization thanked Taylor Swift after thousands of Swifties showed support and love for cats and Tyler Bass by donating.

“There are a lot of Swiftie groups out there that are rallying and donating on behalf of Tyler Bass,” LaRussa said.

Reportedly, by Thursday afternoon they had received more than $260,000 in donations and Swifties had donated 300 thousand dollars.

“Ten Lives Club saves 3,000 homeless and abandoned cats in need a year so this will make an incredible difference for our organization,” LaRussa said earlier this week. “We are so grateful to everyone for their support and for having Tyler’s back. We hope this brings him a smile knowing what a difference he is making.”

Taylor Swift’s fandom has once again proved their generosity. Although the superstar supports the Chiefs because of her boyfriend, her fans still stepped forward to support the kicker in difficult times.

Tyler Bass deleted his social media accounts following online abuse

Tyler Bass, the Buffalo Bills kicker, missed a critical 44-yard field goal during a game against the Kansas City Chiefs on a Sunday. The missed kick would have tied the game with less than 2 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.

The Buffalo Bills lost the game to the Kansas City Chiefs, who had an energetic atmosphere during the game, with a final score of 27-24. Following the game, Tyler Bass became a target of online abuse and received hateful threats.

In response to the online abuse, Tyler Bass took the drastic step of deleting his X and Instagram accounts. This decision was made to protect himself from further negative interactions and to avoid the emotional toll of the online backlash.

The team’s struggles in subsequent Super Bowls have become a part of sports history, contributing to their reputation in the annals of sports infamy. Fans had hopes for the Super Bowl this year and when the Bills lost this chance they blamed Tyler Bass for it.

While the Kicker faced extreme backlash, many fans showed support and empathy for him and are backing up Tyler Bass in these difficult times.
