Tom Brady in luck as new frontrunner emerges

The 45-year-old Tom Brady remains a living legend in NFL history. He is in his 23rd season of a professional football career. No matter what his performance is now, his team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is still a contender for the championship.

Tom Brady’s current season has been a disappointment, as the quarterback has completed 66.8% of his passes for 4694 yards, scored 25 touchdowns, and thrown 9 interceptions in 17 games. The statistics show that the number of aging veterans is decreasing. However, in his last year of the contract, the seven-time Super Bowl champion might see himself in a new jersey next season.

Where may Tom Brady go?

The Buccaneers quarterback was on the radar of the Las Vegas Raiders when they suddenly felt the need for a new one. NFL insider Albert Breer also believes in the same stream: “I can tell you unequivocally, this is a fact, the Raiders are looking into it.”

Breer went on, “The Raiders are looking into going and acquiring Tom Brady. I’m not saying they’re contacting him because that’s not allowed, but this is something that the Raiders are doing their research on.”

However, when you bring in a player like Brady, you can’t just experiment anymore. Brady is not going to warm up the bench anywhere; rather, he would prefer to warm up with Veronika Rajek.

On the other hand, it might not be a sensible idea to bring in a player like Brady’s age. Dereck Karr, the Raiders’ current quarterback, is 31 years old and has almost faded out, and his backup, Jarred Stidham, has faded into the shadow of his glamorous wife.

The Miami Dolphins, on the other hand, had been keeping a close eye on Brady after their sensation Tua Tagovailoa suffered a concussion for the second time. Let’s see where the water rolls.

Whatever Tom Brady’s performance is this season, the Bucs have clinched the NFC South divisional title and secured a playoff spot.
