UFC fight night weigh-in: Max Holloway & Arnold Allen make the weight, which other fighter missed the weight?

The weigh-in for the April 16th UFC Fight Night at the T-Mobile Arena in Kansas City was held yesterday. Max Holloway and Arnold Allen were among the many fighters that attended the weigh-in.

After a break, the UFC Fighting Championship is coming back to Kansas City. Missouri-based fans of mixed martial arts are very eager for the Fight Night. Yesterday the weigh-in ceremony was held in a magnificent manner prior to the main fight event.

Who turned up in Kansas City for the UFC Fight Night weigh-in ceremony?

For the MMA enthusiasts, there will be some intense fights. Without a doubt, tomorrow’s big event between Arnold Allen and Max Holloway will grab everyone’s attention. Holloway just suffered a defeat to Alexander Volkanovski. The former champion is all about giving it his all in the cage and returning to winning ways by any means possible.

Arnold “Almighty” Allen weighed 146 lbs at the ceremony, the same as Max. Without a doubt, the British fighter is a force to be reckoned with. Allen has won his last ten fights, and his goal tomorrow at the T-Mobile Center is to knock out “Blessed” to move closer to the crown.

Yet the focus of tomorrow night will be on much more than just how Allen stops Max. Edson Barboza and Billy Quarantillo both weighed in at 146 pounds for another thrilling featherweight fight, just a tiny bit above the weight class but within the permitted range.

For the other main-card bouts, light-heavyweight fighter Dustin Jacoby weighed 206 pounds, while his opponent Azamat Murzakanov was 205 pounds. Ion Cutelaba weighed 206 pounds, compared to Tanner Boser’s 203 pounds.

For their bantamweight match, Pedro Munhoz and Chris Gutierrez both weighed 136 pounds. Rafa Garcia weighed exactly 155 pounds for the lightweight contest, while Clay Guida’s weight in the octagon was off by half a pound.
