UFC star Conor McGregor stormed into the ring to square off against Mike Perry after Luke Rockhold quit at BKFC 41

Earlier tonight, the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship featured matches between Mike Perry and Luke Rockhold. However, Conor McGregor’s unexpected entrance quickly increased the tension as the Irish superstar came dangerously close to engaging in combat with Perry.

At the eagerly anticipated BKFC 41, former UFC fighters Perry and Luke squared off in the ring. The two American mixed martial artists resolved their conflict at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, Colorado in the event’s headliner.

How did Conor McGregor get involved in the bout between Mike Perry and Luke Rockhold?

Perry may not have had the most successful mixed martial arts career (MMA: 14-8) but the 31-year-old fighter is making great strides in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. This was Platinum’s third battle, and the Michigan-born boxer won for the third time in a row.

In the previous year, Rockhold (MMA: 16-6) declared his retirement from mixed martial arts after losing his third straight loss. The 38-year-old fighter’s first bare-knuckle fight didn’t quite go as he had hoped when he entered the ring.

Throughout the entire battle, Perry was one step ahead of the former middleweight champion of the UFC. To make a powerful statement at BKFC, Mike easily defeated Rockhold. However, The Notorious entered the stage as soon as Mike won. The Irishman apparently gave Perry a long look before saying a few things to him.

Even though Mystic Mac was a guest, it appeared that the former two-division UFC champion was almost ready to challenge Mike. The reality, however, was that the two were only exchanging pleasantries. It is not yet decided who will Luke Rockhold or Mike Perry fight next.
