Conor McGregor to make his octagon comeback as coach on upcoming thirty-first season of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’

A recent report indicates that Conor McGregor will get back to his role as a coach in The Ultimate Fighter, which means that the wait for Connor McGregor’s return to the octagon is almost coming to an end.

It’s been nearly two years since the Irish UFC fighter’s last fight when he was severely injured. McGregor has made a full recovery and has teased many upcoming fights with his UFC rivals.

Fans of The Notorious have been patiently waiting for Conor to fight once more inside the Octagon. However, it seems that fans will have to wait a little longer because the Irishman may be busy with his coaching responsibilities in the near future.

A few days ago, Severe MMA published an article stating that the 34-year-old mixed martial arts fighter will be taking on the role of a coach in the upcoming 31st season of The Ultimate Fighter. This indicates that Conor will be returning to his role as a coach after almost eight years.

Conor is undoubtedly one of the most controversial figures in mixed martial arts. The Irish MMA fighter always enjoys being the center of attention even when he is not fighting. This coaching gig for Conor is definitely just more good news for his legion of devoted fans.

“BREAKING NEWS! Sources have confirmed to SevereMMA that Conor McGregor will coach the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter.” severe MMA tweeted.

McGregor has not coached on The Ultimate Fighter since its 22nd season in 2015. The former featherweight and lightweight champion found himself in the middle of a flurry of trash-talking, physical altercations, and controversy.

The Notorious’ final appearance in the octagon was in the UFC 264 against the American Dustin Poirier in the summer of 2021. He broke his leg just before The Diamond knocked him out for the second time.
