Surging UFC welterweight Ian Garry recently discussed some big-name opponents he has his sights set on for 2024. He has been a highlight in the UFC for quite some time now.
Garry is growing to be another outspoken fighter; he was recently involved in a controversy with Sean Strickland. In a recent video, he declared his New Year’s resolution, which is to fight certain fighters and defeat them.
Is Ian Garry going to fight Sean Strickland?
Another contentious UFC personality, Sean Strickland, is included on Ian Garry’s 2024 kill list. After Sean spread the rumors about Ian Garry and his wife, Ian threatened to sue Strickland, which only made Sean angrier.
In an instagram post, Strickland said, “I went to the P.I. today and I ran into the f****** cuck Ian Garry,” Strickland said. “Awkward, man, awkward. He looked at me hard, security had to escort us around, f****** awkward s***, I’m laughing my ass off. Anyway, Garry, I don’t f****** hate you, dude, I actually like you. I think you’re a f****** funny little dweeb. You make me f****** laugh.”

Following his third title match loss at UFC 296—there was much speculation as to what Colby will do next. Leon Edwards prevailed in the battle with ease in front of Donald Trump, despite the fact that he effectively promoted the event, generated a lot of excitement around it, and descended to new lows in trash talk.
Ian Garry has now been targeted by the ‘Chaos’ after Colby gave numerous nonsensical explanations for why he lost. Colby made some jabs at both Ian and his wife during a news appearance saying,”There is one guy that is a legitimate c*** and I’ve called him out for that.”
Covington continued, “I found out that this had happened, the girl was selling a book called ‘WAG’ which means wife and girlfriend. So, she was promoting that she had a boyfriend and she had a husband. It shouldn’t be allowed, it’s pretty nasty behaviour.”
He further added, “Not excited, he was pretty angry. I think he probably wants to settle the differences in the Octagon and it just so happens, I like to fight in the Octagon so if it needs to happen one day, I’d be honoured to settle that.”
Colby invited Ian to a fight in the Octagan, and Ian has added Colby to his target list for 2024. This might be an exciting grudge match to witness because both combatants are full of hate for one another and don’t hesitate to insult the other.
