‘Sitting on a Billion, Plotting a Killing’ Conor McGregor Drops Truth Bomb on Seeing His Next Opponent as ‘Dead’

Conor McGregor has revealed on Twitter that he wants to see his opponent dead as he plots his high-anticipated comeback to the octagon.

If you ask someone who is the one fighter they associate with the UFC, chances are high that they will say Conor McGregor. Rightly so, the Irishman is one of the charismatic figures to have ever set foot inside the octagon. In recent times, however, the Conor of old has somewhat disappeared. Even though high-volume trash talking, name-calling still persists, he doesn’t seem like the same fighter.

In his last 5 fights, including a boxing match against Floyd “Money” Mayweather, he has only won once. This includes two defeats to Dustin Poirier, defeat to Khabib Nurmagomedov, and Mayweather. So it’s safe to say that Connor looks far from the two-division champion that e was.

Conor’s last fight was in UFC 264- where he lost to Dustin Poirier after breaking his leg. He has been rehabilitating ever since. There have been plenty of speculations as to who is next opponent will be, and also what weight class he will fight in. Conor has been posting pictures on social media where is more buffed up than usual. This might indicate a move to Welterweight where he has fought before.

In a recent Twitter post, Conor has added further fuel to the rumors about his next opponent.

These tweets will no doubt keep people on the edge. One thing Conor knows is how to sell a fight, and it seems like his marketing stunts have already begun. The 33-year old Irishman is one of richest athletes in the world. He is also one of the four people to have been champions in two divisions simultaneously.
