“Stupidest s*** I’ve ever seen” Ex-UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub mocks Dana White’s Power slap league

After successfully reigning as the president of the biggest MMA promotion, the UFC, Dana White has launched his new venture, the Power Slap League, but the Nevada State Athletic Commission will closely monitor the show.

The show was supposed to premiere on January 11, but due to Dana White’s wife-beating controversy, the league was postponed for a week, and after premiering, it has received harsh criticism from some combat sports admirers.

Former UFC fighter Brendan Schaub called the show the stupidest s**t ever, and even he claimed that it is not entertaining at all.

“Checking out the Slap fight league. This is the stupidest shit I’ve ever seen. The fact it’s associated with the UFC sets the sport back 10 yrs. All that being said it’s entertaining. Anyone wanna bet it’s not around in a year?”

A Harvard Ph.D. neuroscientist and former wrestler, Chris Nowinski, even condemned the UFC president and told him to be ashamed of this inhuman show.

“This is so sad. Note the fencing posture with the first brain injury. He may never be the same. @danawhite & @TBSNetwork should be ashamed. Pure exploitation. What’s next, “Who can survive a stabbing”?”

Ben Fowlkes stated there should be no PPV for the Power Slap League, and the person who will pay for the PPV is a psycho.

“Anyone who would pay actual money to watch a slap fight PPV deserves neither money nor happiness.”

However, the UFC president has an explanation for these comments. The American Millionaire clarified that there will always be a proper medical setup, which he believes people are not aware of, and that they will educate the fans.

“We spend the money to make sure we have two healthy people in there and proper medical attention during and after the fight. These are all the things we need to educate people on, just like we needed to educate people on mixed martial arts.”
