UFC star Conor McGregor impersonates Steve Jobs in parody advertisement for his whiskey brand Proper Twelve

Conor McGregor has long been rumored to become more of a businessman than a fighter. Such rumors are fueled by stunts the Irish have recently pulled to promote one of his brands. The receptions have been mixed but Conor seems to have achieved the promotion he targeted.

Immediately following this post on Twitter, fans went bonkers as they tried to speculate what the former UFC champion was trying to tease. Options like a drink for Apple, an advertisement or endorsement for Apple, a special edition device, or even a film announcement were all on the table.

One user wrote, Good…so how do I get power again when my iPhone goes completely dead?

Another had this to say, That’s how I look standing in front of my empty fridge.

A patriot seemingly showed up, Can I get an Irish flag-colored iPhone?

For the last couple of years, McGregor has often been in the news for negative reasons. These bad coverages may have annoyed him before, but the seasoned businessman now may have adopted the ‘any publicity is good publicity’ slogan and used the same principle to promote the Apple flavor for his ‘Proper 12’ brand.

What trouble is Conor McGregor facing with his ‘Proper 12’ brand?

It is a well-known story that Conor’s former friend Artem Lobov pitched the idea of launching a whiskey using ‘Mystic Mac’s image. Artem had studied business and had the proper connections along with the knowledge to get the brand going. The Irish offered him $1 million for his endeavors but Lobov refused the offer.

Now flash forward a few years and the former UFC fighter filed a lawsuit against ‘Notorious’ over the ownership of the brand. When Conor began to insult him in reply, Lobov filed a second lawsuit and promptly lost.

The result of the initial lawsuit is yet to be declared.
