“Chaos” is UFC 296’s main event challenger of the UFC gold, known for applauding the potential opponent’s capability and criticizing them as well. Covington recently expressed disapproval of something related to NBA star basketball player LeBron James, offering remarks on what he believes James is actually doing for the country.

This time, the NBA’s elite basketball player is the target of the UFC’s No. 3 ranked welterweight fighter. Lebron James, who a few days ago openly revealed his teammates’ earnings for the match, is under the scrutiny of Covington.
Colby found fault with James, perceiving his actions as unethical, accusing him of concealing his true earnings from fans and the country. “Chaos” disapproved of the way the basketball player showcased his patriotism towards America and instead emphasized James’ focus on providing substantial contributions to China.
Covington, during the UFC 296 press conference, made comments on Lebron James when he was addressing the questions related to his upcoming fight against Leon Edwards.
“If you hate America so much and you don’t like this country that gave you a billion dollars, leave it or come deal with me. Go to China; go to the sweatshops where you employ all these laborers,” Colby said.
The warning from Chaos to leave America is unlikely to settle down easily, and LeBron James has not yet made any statement regarding the thoughts of the UFC’s No. 3 ranked welterweight fighter. Covington has consistently displayed patriotic behavior towards the country and has never hesitated to express strong words towards anyone he believes is harming the nation.

However, Covington did not take the accusation lightly, addressing the facts he believed should be presented to the public.
