“I don’t see him losing that zero ever” UFC star believes Khabib Nurmagomedov’s cousin Usman will retire undefeated in MMA

There is no question that Khabib Nurmagomedov’s cousin Usman Nurmagomedov is now one of the most exciting young prospects in the sport of mixed martial arts. The young man’s exceptional MMA talents continue to earn him accolades, but this time a welterweight fighter in the UFC couldn’t help but voice his praises in a way that no one else has done before.

Usman, who hails from Dagestan, is yet another combat prodigy from that region. The 24-year-old boxer already has a great deal of pressure on his shoulders due to the fact that he has the Nurmagomedov surname.

When Usman faced Benson Henderson at Bellator 292, which took place on the previous Friday, he did not have his undefeated (29-0) cousin at his corner but he had the reigning UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev on his side.

At the SAP Center in San Jose, California, in the presence of Makhachev, Usman had a remarkable rear naked choke victory over his opponent barely within the third minute of the first round. Javier Mendez, a prominent figure in the world of mixed martial arts, was also present at the Russian fighter’s corner to help him achieve his goal.

As soon as the bout was over, numerous MMA figures from various promotions lauded Usman for his performance. Belal Muhammad was no exception; he immediately went to Twitter to share his pleasure with Usman’s grappling exhibition.

What did Belal Muhammad say about Usman Nurmagomedov?

As for Belal, he stands on his own with a record of 22 victories and only three defeats to his name. When a promising young fighter receives accolades from someone like him, it will undoubtedly mean a great deal.

“Man usman is 24 and his main partner is islam I don’t see him losing that 0 ever.” said Belal.

In addition to successfully defending his title with such a dominant win over Benson Henderson, Usman also improved his overall record to 17-0-0. “Remember The Name” anticipates that there would never be any other number other than zero at the end of Usman’s career. This means that the welterweight superstar does not foresee the young Dagestani being defeated in a bout during his professional career.

Only time will tell how long Khabib’s cousin will be able to remain undefeated exactly like him, but receiving accolades from prominent fighters in the UFC is surely a huge matter.

What do you think Usman’s record will be when he finally hangs up the gloves?
