Jake Paul frustrated with “bitch” Nate Diaz following ex-UFC champ’s zero involvement in promoting highly anticipated boxing bout

Jake Paul is expressing his dissatisfaction with Nate Diaz’s lack of promotional efforts for their upcoming boxing match. The much-anticipated showdown between ‘The Problem Child’ and the renowned Stockton slugger is scheduled to take place on August 5 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. It is worth noting that this fight will mark Diaz’s debut in the boxing ring.

Initially fueled by the infamous confrontation between Diaz’s entourage and Paul’s team, the fight generated significant hype. However, Jake now seems concerned that the buzz is waning due to Nate’s minimal engagement.

Jake Paul slams Nate Diaz for not promoting the fight

During their initial pre-fight press conference, the Stockton slugger maintained a cordial demeanor and has chosen not to respond to most of ‘The Problem Child’s verbal jabs.

In a recent interview with Mike Bohn for MMA Junkie, Jake expressed his frustrations, claiming that Nate has not effectively promoted their fight and has “dropped the ball” in terms of generating excitement for the bout.

He said, “He talked a lot more sh*t to me before we signed up to fight. So, he’s kind of being a b*tch in that sense. I expected more out of him, and I expected him to carry that gangster attitude and not take my insults. But he’s pretty much rolled over like a b*tch and has been quite boring, which pisses me off.”

As we approach the fight night with a little over two weeks remaining, and considering the volatile personalities of both fighters, there is a strong possibility of fireworks igniting at any moment. Fans can anticipate another intense face-off between the two before they step into the ring.

Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz boxing bout details

Jake Paul

The highly-anticipated final fight between Jake and Nate is scheduled to take place on August 5 at the American Airlines Centre in Dallas.

Following Paul’s initial tweet announcing the fight, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, responsible for overseeing the event, confirmed to MMA Fighting on Tuesday that the match has been sanctioned for 10 rounds.

Jake acknowledges that this fight may favor Nate due to it being his first time participating in a 10-round bout, making it the longest fight of Paul’s career.

Jake Paul and Nate Diaz faceoff

Nate is renowned for his exceptional stamina and ability to excel in lengthy fights. Which is likely why he proposed this challenge to Jake. Despite this, the young Paul expressed his readiness to accept the fight.

It remains to be seen if Diaz and his team can employ any strategies or techniques inspired by Fury’s approach that could potentially lead to an upset victory. However, based on past performances, the UFC veteran could struggle to keep up with the younger and more ‘boxing experienced’ Jake.
