“This guy is an idiot, a sick man” Real Madrid President Florentino Pérez’s leaked audio resurfaces following Cristiano Ronaldo’s interview with Piers Morgan

The soccer world is preparing for the most incredible show on earth, but soccer maestro Cristiano Ronaldo is making headlines for reasons other than the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2022. Rather than an inhuman performance on the pitch, Ronaldo chose a different way to be in the headlines.

Recently, in an interview with Piers Morgan, Ronaldo revealed some unpleasant truths, which created a huge buzz in the football media. In that interview, CR7 stated that he sees Manchester United as a marketing club and that, as a result, the Reds will not win any trophies in the coming years; Ronaldo also expressed that he does not regard former manager Ralf Ragnick as a coach and does not even respect current manager Erik ten Hag.

The management of Manchester United is pissed at this interview and its timing, as the Reds had just secured a last-minute dramatic victory against Fulham last Sunday. Still, they didn’t release any official statements regarding this issue but will do so very soon.

Between all of this mess, a series of audio clips of Real Madrid President Florentino Perez from 2012 went viral. In one clip, Perez slammed Ronaldo by calling CR7 an idiot and a sick man. After crashing El Bicho, the Real Madrid president continued, calling Jose Mourinho, the team’s previous coach, an abnormal person.

Cristiano is crazy. This guy is an idiot, a sick man. You think this guy is normal, but he’s not normal; otherwise, he wouldn’t do all the things he does. These guys [Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho] have a terrible egos, both spoiled, the coach and him, and they don’t see reality. Mourinho is an idiot. It is not that he does not want to play. Well, he’s a bit abnormal. He drives without a license.”

This type of incident has a direct negative effect on a player’s performance. Since Ronaldo was not even performing well on the pitch, fans are worried about his upcoming World Cup performance too.
