Travis Kelce appears on the podcast “New Heights” with his brother Jason Kelce, where they talk about different things, including sports and Taylor Swift.
It is the same podcast where Travis first time shared that he wanted to give Taylor his number. The tight end again talked about Taylor Swift on his podcast after she attended his recent game against the Jets.
Travis shared that he’s not pleased with how much the NFL is covering Taylor Swift during his games. “They are overdoing it a bit for sure, especially my situation. They’re just trying to have fun with it.”
NBC’s broadcast of the game against the Jets featured Taylor Swift in the suite 17 times, drawing criticism for excessive coverage.
“Damn, that’s crazy,” the tight end said. “That’s like once a drive. Mom told me everyone was enjoying themselves.”
Travis Kelce mentioned that fans and whoever is attending the game don’t want to be on TV all the time, as it can capture moments they’d rather keep private.
“They are not there to get thrown on the TV. You never know you get caught throwing down a big old cheeseburger and you look like an idiot. There are certain things you just don’t want to be on TV at all times.”
The tight end is seriously disappointed by this whole attention. However, there’s nothing that can be done. When Taylor Swift is going somewhere, it is normal for her to attract all the attention.
People are super excited about this Travis-Taylor relationship and can’t stop discussing it, which means Travis will have to deal with it now for a long time.
