“I’m better than him in every aspect, every attribute”: Devin Haney sends stern warning to Vasiliy Lomachenko ahead of boxing bout

Vasiliy Lomachenko and Devin Haney are scheduled to fight in just three weeks. Haney has given a severe warning to his ring opponent ahead of the eagerly awaited boxing match, stating he is superior to Vasiliy in every way possible.

On Saturday, May 20, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, a fight between Haney and Lomachenko will take place. The boxing event is available for $59.99 on ESPN PPV, the ESPN Plus app, and Sky Sports, but exclusively in the UK.

What did Devin Haney have to say about Vasiliy Lomachenko before their big fight?

The Dream and Loma have been verbally attacking each other in the days leading up to the lightweight bout. Devin discussed his next opponent and the reasons why he believes he is superior to Vasily in an interview with BoxingScene.com.

“There is nothing that Loma can do better than me. I’m better than him in every aspect, every attribute. We have to see what version of Loma shows up. I’m prepared for whatever he brings to the table.” said Haney.

The Dream also expressed that he has been studying Loma for years, and now he is dissecting the Ukrainian southpaw. According to the current undisputed lightweight champion Lomachenko has fought taller guys, but size will not matter when they get in that ring.

” Loma has fought bigger guys. The best man is going to win that night, and it’s going to be me. With each training camp and fight, I am getting better. My body is maturing and I am getting stronger. My man strength is definitely coming in. I feel great. I am excited.” Haney added.

Whatever Loma brings to the table in Las Vegas, the Californian boxer is prepared to take it on. The 24-year-old already has a perfect 29-0-0 record, and following his 30th match in his professional career, he hopes to continue his unbeaten run.
