Oscar Da La Hoya, posts sneak peek indicating he received contract from Gervonta Davis for bout vs Ryan Garcia

Ryan Garcia and Gervonta Davis’ long-awaited bout will finally take place. Oscar Da La Hoya, former boxer and now a promoter, recently gave a sneak peek, indicating that he has the contract for the match under his possession. The highly anticipated confrontation, which will be distributed by Showtime Pay-Per-View, is set to take place in April.

After several uncertainties, promoter Oscar Da La Hoya finally received the contract for the Ryan vs. Davis fight. He recently posted an image of the contract on his Twitter account.

The anticipated fight is expected to take place in April. Which will be distributed by Showtime Pay-Per-View. Social media has been trending since the post from the promoter. Later, it was revealed that the 24-year-old had decided to forego a planned January interim match in order to fight Davis straight away. 

The flash is all set to take down the Tank on April 15. Although there are some concerns about Gervonta Davis, who has recently been involved in legal troubles. Even though the lightweight fighter is reluctant to discuss his opponent’s current situation, he has confessed that he is concerned about his legal issues. As of recent, the 28-year-old was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in the state of Florida.

Later, Tank’s partner denied all the claims of a physical altercation and expressed regret for calling local authorities. Garcia even added some of his thoughts on the matter. He said in an interview, “I don’t know his temperament. I think he might have anger problems, but you know what, in that situation, I’m not going to really speak on that, because I don’t know what’s going on in his personal life with him and his girl. I don’t know what they do. I don’t think it’s right to hit anybody, a female, but I don’t want to speak on it too much because I don’t know the full details.”
