Bellator 267: Lima vs MVP 2 Fight card, Date, Time, PPV price, TV Channel

This week, Bellator comes to London, at the SSE Arena, Wembley on Friday, Oct 1. Bellator 267: Lima vs. MVP 2 ( also known as Bellator: London) will feature the rematch between Douglas Lima and Michael Page as the main event. In addition, Leah McCourt will take on Jessica Borga in the co-main event of the evening.

Lima and Michael Page first touched gloves back in May 2019 in the semi-final of Bellator MMA Welterweight World Grand Prix. On that occasion, Michael ‘Venom’ Page lost the fight after an unsuccessful attempt at showboating. To this day, it remains Michael’s only loss and one of the biggest fails in the sport of MMA.

However, since their first meeting, both fighters have been on opposite trajectories. Whilst Page (19-1) has gone on to win his next 5 fights, Lima has lost his last two. Lima’s last loss to Yaroslav Amosov also saw him lose his Bellator Welterweight World Championship.

Despite the loss, ‘The Phenom’ Lima ( 32-9) is a former three-time welterweight champion and the #1 contender. On the other hand, ‘The Venom’s recent success means that he is now the #2 ranked contender in the welterweight division.

The Bellator 267 main event between Douglas Lima and Michael Page will take place on Friday, Oct 1, 2021, at the SSE Arena, Wembley in London, England.
