Both Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were taken into custody by authorities in Romania as part of an investigation into human trafficking and rape; it is anticipated that both brothers will continue to be held in custody until the 27th of February.

The former social media sensation kickboxer was detained in Romania on December 29 on multiple charges, including money laundering, rape, people trafficking, and organized crime.

Romanian authorities turned down the social media star and self-proclaimed misogynist’s request for bail. Tate’s arrest has been extended twice now, and he is spending another thirty days in jail, according to current information disclosed by a spokesman of the Romanian anti-organized crime group DIICOT.

Since April of last year, when his problematic social media activity first came to light, the authorities have been keeping tabs on the king of toxic masculinity. Since Elon Musk took over as Twitter CEO, he has only recently regained his account.

Top G is now being held by the police in Romania; nonetheless, he has kept an active presence on social media, and in a recent tweet, he declared that he is going to donate $100 million to charity for guys who have been wrongly charged like him.

”I updated my will from prison. I will be donating 100 million to start a charity to protect men from false accusations.” Tate tweeted.

Despite the many allegations leveled against Tate, many of his fans continue to believe he is totally innocent. Many of Top G’s followers and fans have responded positively to his new charitable tweet, with many praising Tate for his courage.

Eugen Vidineac, Tates’s lawyer, has said that his client strongly condemns the accusations against him and insists on his innocence.
