Dani Alves refutes knowing alleged victim prior to being arrested on rape allegations

Dani Alves is in real trouble after the former Barcelona man was accused of rape and sexual assault and the investigation is on full flow as the attacking right back is taken to prison.

The Brazilian is the most prolific football player in the history of the game after winning a record 43 trophies with the club and country which places him in the number one spot as the most decorated footballer.

Prior to his arrest, the three times Champions League winner denied the allegations and told his family and friends about his innocence, and assured that he was framed while offering his side of the story in front of the people.

“I would like to deny everything. I was in that place; I was with other people enjoying myself. Everyone who knows me knows that I like to dance. Enjoy myself, but without invading other people’s space. Always respecting the environment. These years I have never invaded someone’s space without authorization.”- Dani Alves said.

Alves was taken to custody for a rape and sexual violation at the Sutton Night Club, Barcelona after a 23-year-old woman formed a complaint against the Mossos d’Esquadra police station in Les Corts against him.

The incident happened during New Year’s Eve and the complaints formed on January 2 and later transferred to Ciutat de la Justicia in Barcelona and police began to investigate and eventually capture the Brazilian.

Alves, however, has admitted to his presence at the Night Club at the time but he was unaware of the woman police were talking about as he denied any connection with him.

However, the Brazilian superstar has spelled about a potential framing from someone and told how strange behavior he witnessed that day but denied any possibility of knowing anyone.

“When you choose to go to the bathroom, you don’t have to ask who is in the bathroom to go. I’m very sorry, but I don’t know who that lady is. I don’t know her name, I don’t know her. I never saw her in my life.”- Alves only could share this much information about the incident before his prison days going to start.
