Once again, Lewis Hamilton is in the news, but this time for an entirely different reason than sports. The seven-time Formula One World Champion has recently been spotted multiple times with a controversial name in the sports world, retired soccer star Gerrard Pique’s ex-girlfriend, the famous Colombian singer Shakira.
On May 8, the artist dressed sensually in a tight black dress and entered a private room, where she and the Mercedes driver had a wonderful evening together. There was a lack of information about whether or not the stars knew each other or shared friends among them before Wednesday. But as of Thursday, everything is different.
Shakira has reportedly run into Hamilton once more. She can be seen boarding a yacht off the coast of Miami with the pilot and other friends of his, according to photos published by The Sun and the Daily Mail.
But the attitude of the singer-songwriter is what stands out the most. She is chatty and cheerful, which wasn’t often seen in Barcelona in recent months.
The 46-year-old singer recently moved to Miami with her children following her separation from the now-retired Barcelona defender Gerard Pique. She visited the Miami Grand Prix along with several celebrities, including Jeff Bezos, Vin Diesel, Tom Cruise, and Elon Musk.
Lewis Hamilton’s dismal performance in the current season continued in the Miami Grand Prix as well, as the British racer finished the event in 6th place. Following the conclusion of the event, the 38-year-old British racer was spotted chilling with Shakira in her £16 million Miami Beach mansion and boarding a boat wearing summer attire before cruising around Biscayne Bay,

And not only that. The duo then enjoyed a dinner at the Cipriani Restaurant in Miami’s downtown, as seen in pictures emerging on the internet. It was not a private dinner, though, as the duo had other people with them.

These recent sightings have given birth to rumors that Shakira and Lewis Hamilton might be dating each other. We don’t know to what extent this is true yet. However, their supposed friendship seems quite interesting.
