He said in the ring, “The Rock’s had his eye on you ever since you came into the WWE because here is why. You’ve got it all. You’ve got the ability, you’ve got the charisma, you hear that?”

In an interview given shortly before his death, Wyatt also recalled that moment saying, “I went to WrestleMania with The Rock. It was a huge deal to be in the ring with a big star like him, I guess.”

After Bray’s early passing, the megastar just tweeted “Rest in peace brother” while recalling the moment, since a proper goodbye came too soon. In a separate message, Dwayne sent his best wishes to Bray’s family saying, “My love, strength and mana to the Wyndham family. Love you guys and stay strong.”

The Rock defeated The Wyatt Family member in six seconds at WrestleMania 32

At WrestleMania 32, The Rock wrestled Erick Rowan, but the fight lasted just six seconds because The Rock couldn’t take any hits, possibly due to his Hollywood commitments. In an interview, Rowan referred to The Rock as a “nice guy” but expressed regret for not being able to have a “real match.”

Rowan considered himself lucky to even have a match on the WrestleMania event, much alone a short one, given that his other options were a battle royal or catering. At the end of the interview, he also made fun of his lower salary compared to The Rock’s prior WrestleMania opponents.

Wrestling fans all across the world are grateful to Rock for his support of Bray Wyatt’s family. Do you remember another touching time when Bray and Johnson were together? Share your thoughts with us in the comment section.
