“I could be persuaded”: Mike Tyson considers exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr, Evander Holyfield in Saudi Arabia

With his latest words, it appears like boxing legend Mike Tyson still has plenty of gas in the tank. If adequately huge sums of cash are offered to him, Mike has hinted that he’ll fight Roy Jones Jr. and Evander Holyfield.

What did Mike Tyson say about fighting Roy Jones Jr. and Evander Holyfield?

The former heavyweight boxing champion may have ended his career, but he still has the capacity to return to the ring and fight again. The 56-year-old boxer previously shown his boxing skills in an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr. in 2020. The Baddest Man On The Planet, however, revealed in a recent interview with TMZ that he is once more mulling a comeback.

“I’m just chilling out. I did that (Roy Jones Jr.). I wanted to do that, I did that. People, also in Saudi Arabia wanted me to do this stuff too. I can be persuaded. I have to talk to the people. When I see the money people for the end product, my mind works clearer.” said Mike.

What has Holyfield said regarding fighting Iron Mike again?

Tyson biting Holyfield’s ear during their spectacular, legendary exhibition at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in 1996 remains one of the most terrifying incidents in the chronicles of combat sports. The Real Deal voiced his long-held desire to face Iron Mike once more in an interview with The Sun.

“I would do that! Yes, I want to fight Mike Tyson. My whole thing is I’m open, and I know that I want to do well for myself at age 57. I can definitely handle him. But Mike would have to want to do it as well.” Holyfield said.
