Dillion Danis has pulled out of his fight against KSI, according to KSI’s manager, Mams Taylor. However, the feud between the two known fighters began in November last year, when Danis slapped the YouTube star in the face at a Misfits weigh-in. The British YouTuber who turned boxer is upset about the wasted opportunity and has made some negative remarks about the American MMA fighter.
The 29-year-old abandoned his fight against the YouTube fighter, putting him in jeopardy. KSI is not pleased with what happened just ten days before the showdown. The bout was due to take place later this month at Wembley Arena. Danis’ withdrawal definitely leaves KSI without an opponent with only ten days until his battle. Although Afterwards, he tweeted to confirm to his fans and followers that a fight will indeed take place, but against a different opponent.

The reasons for quitting the fight in the middle of the promotion are unacceptable. This is why the American MMA competitor is now facing backlash from fans and haters. Many people even highlighted him on Twitter, with the hashtag “looser” next to his name. The fact that the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighter explained his reasons by admitting he was “underprepared for the bout,” which was quite embarrassing, to say the least.
All of this controversy has fans wondering what happened to the old Dillion Danis, who was once one of the most promising prospects in the cage, having made his name as a top-tier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt before moving to the cage and teaming up with someone as great as Conor McGregor.

“But the thing about it is he won’t be fighting on Misfits, that’s for sure. He won’t be going anywhere near Misfits. I don’t know if he’ll ever fight in Bellator again, but I don’t know if he’s in the right state of mind, and I think he needs to either see a therapist to work on his demons or just figure his life out. He doesn’t seem alright.” added the co-founder of Sidemen.
