The WWE Draft is now underway, with the event kicking off on a recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown and continuing on The SmackDown LowDown before moving on to Monday Night RAW.
Fans had high expectations for the draft, with many hoping that Roman Reigns, the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, would remain on the blue brand and that his rival, The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes, would join him there.
However, while Reigns did stay on SmackDown, Rhodes was drafted to RAW instead. This means that their ongoing feud may not be resolved and that Rhodes may not have the opportunity to dethrone Reigns as the Head of the Table. While this outcome may be disappointing for some fans, it’s worth considering whether it’s really the end of the story.
Fans are left wondering why WWE separated Cody Rhodes from his rival Roman Reigns as part of the draft. Rhodes lost to Reigns at WrestleMania 39, making it curious why they were moved apart.
If Cody wins the New WWE World Heavyweight Championship does he finish the story?
