The Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury bout is set to take place in Miami on December 18, despite Fury was not satisfied with Paul’s offering about the fight purse at the beginning. Fury has been negotiating with Paul as he turned down two of his offerings in the past two months. Previously the YouTuber-turned-boxer offered Fury a $1 million purse, which was turned down by Fury claiming that the money was lower than his expectation.

Now that Fury denied Paul’s offers, Paul came back with a new offer along with some conditions, which seems interesting. According to Paul’s offer he will be paying $500K extra from his purse on top of the $1 million, if Fury wins. On the other hand, if Fury loses, he will need to change his name legally to “Tommy Fumble” at least for one year. Further, Fury will also need to change his social media account names without 24 hours of the loss. Also, he will have to attend the post fight conference with his new name.

Tommy apparently accepts the deal as his half-brother boxing superstar WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury told that if Tommy cannot win over Jake Paul, he should forget about boxing as well as his brother Tyson.

Also the announced fight date is on 18 December as per several reports. Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight will  take place in Miami but the detailed location is not confirmed yet.

But the bout is expected to be streamed on Showtime Boxing in the USA and BT Sports in the UK. Nevertheless, the official announcement of the fight along with the PPV price is yet to be announced.

So, former Love Island contestant Fury’s payout will be at least $1.5 million against Jake Paul.

On the other hand, in his last fight against Tyron Woodley, Jake Paul earned $2.8 million. Therefore, it is expected that Jake Paul will be earning more than $2.8 million against Tommy Fury as it is a more heated fight than the last one.
