“Many thanks to my teammates” Argentina World Cup winning captain Lionel Messi receives guard of honour from PSG, but Kylian Mbappe, Achraf Hakimi were missing

When a magician finished his impressive performance and the audience started applauding him, a rabbit popped up out of his hat. The audience immediately stood to their feet and gasped in wonder.

Lionel Messi is a magician; he always puts on a show whenever he has the ball under his feet, and he has just won the World Cup. What more an individual can achieve is debatable.

The champion has resumed his duties after taking a long break in order to celebrate his victory. He will now be focused on helping his team, Paris Saint Germain, win the forthcoming trophies.

After a historic World Cup triumph, Messi’s teammates have given him a hero’s welcome upon his return to the field. His fellow club team members were all standing together and displayed him with a “Guard of Honour” as a gesture of appreciation for the greatest possible accomplishments.

Later, The Argentine took to Instagram on Wednesday and write: “Many thanks to my teammates and all the people from the club for the welcome they gave me. We are back and looking forward to continuing to meet our goals for this season, now with Paris Saint-Germain!”

To each other’s shame, his Club teammates Achraf Hakimi and Kylian Mbappe did not participate in the event as they had been given a break after their loss to Lens.

“Hakimi and Mbappe will have a few days off,” Galtier confirmed after PSG crashed to a 3-1 loss at Lens – their first domestic defeat of his rein and first since March last year. “The plan was that they could play these two games. They will now recover.”

However, best friend of his, Neymar, was by his side, and the prince was seen cheering on his pal while the most famous duo enjoyed some quality time after a long period.

The Argentine has put an end to the best player of the planet debate after being selected as Player of the Tournament and scoring twice in the championship game after Scaloni already acknowledged him as the GOAT.

Messi and PSG will be looking forward to recovering from the defeat with Chateauroux and getting the season back on track. The arrival of Messi will undoubtedly improve things.
