“Been a huge buzz” Roman Reigns weighs in on ‘The Rock’s’ WrestleMania 39 comeback speculation

In light of the fact that the most anticipated wrestling event of the year WrestleMania is only a few months away, Roman Reigns wondered aloud if The Rock would be going to participate.

The WrestleMania pay-per-view (PPV) event is widely regarded as the most successful and well-attended of all wrestling competitions held worldwide. WrestleMania is the only wrestling event that has maintained its run for such a long period of time.

Last year, Roman Reigns prevailed over Brock Lesnar to win the 38th installment of The Show of Shows.

The Tribal Chief gave Jimmy Fallon and his audience some insight into the return of The Rock rumor during an appearance on The Tonight Show.

Roman did not make it clear whether or not Rock will be present, but he is aware that there has been a significant amount of chatter about that for a long time now and that it has really picked up steam in the past few years.

However, Roman believes that it would be better if The Rock just released a statement saying whether or not he will be ready in time to compete in WrestleMania as fans expect him to be.

”In his defense, it’s one thing to train with weights, the bodybuilding, the look, the part… but, to be able to get in the ring and do a main event match, a championship match, it takes a lot of conditioning, it beats up your body.” said Roman.

Even though The Rock puts in a lot of work in the gym and regularly updates his followers on social media with pictures and videos of his workouts, Roman believes that this is not sufficient for him to fight in a professional wrestling match.

There is something else that a wrestler must do in addition to following a strict diet and an intense exercise routine.

”So there’s more that goes into it than training in the weight room. It’s a professional athlete type of situation where you have to condition. He does two out of three things perfectly. His nutrition and weight training is on point, but you have to condition yourself. That’s number one, Dwayne. When you’re going up against Roman Reigns, you better get ready to fall down.” Roman further added.

Dwayne Johnson, better known by his ring name The Rock, made his last appearance inside the squared circle at WrestleMania 32, where he competed against Erick Rowan.
