CryptoZoo was initially promoted as an innovative NFT/cryptocurrency concept introduced by Logan Paul. It revolved around a game where participants could purchase digital animal eggs, which would eventually hatch, allowing them to raise the virtual animals. However, the idea faced a setback when a significant number of investors decided to withdraw their support, leading to a “pump and dump” scenario.
This unfortunate turn of events resulted in substantial financial losses for many individuals. The developers of the NFT had previously promised significant returns on the coin, attracting substantial investments from people.
The scam thus drew a lot of attention towards Paul as he has massive online influence. A law suit was also filed against him, But he wholeheartedly believes that he did not intend to scam his audience and genuinely wanted the best for them.
How much is Logan Paul willing to pay CryptoZoo victims?
Morally it would only be rightful for Logan Paul to compensate his audience who listened to him as an ambassador, thinking it would give them a good return. He is put under heavy fire only because he has not yet paid the people who invested in the coin.
Logan Paul does have the resources to pay them back as he is a successful businessman who has multiple businesses running simultaneously. He could be a potential billionaire due to his equity in prime.
It is still unclear how much Logan is going to be paying his audience but potentially, Paulâs best offer to resolve CryptoZoo was 5-10% of the losses suffered by the victims. The mainstream media has obviously not responded to this in the most positive way as they want him to take more accountability.
