AJ Styles, the former WWE Champion, was absent during WrestleMania 39, which took place amidst a significant shift in WWE’s organizational structure. Despite being absent from WWE for several months. It seems that his journey toward recovery is far from complete. Styles’ last appearance on WWE television was on December 19, 2022, when he was defeated by Sami Zayn. Shortly after, he was compelled to withdraw from a WWE live event due to an ankle injury.

When he suffered the ankle injury, Styles asserted that it was a genuine issue that would force him to take an extended hiatus from competitive wrestling – the longest he has ever had to take. Regrettably, the Phenomenal One has not made an appearance on WWE television since then.

Ringside News was approached for information on Styles’ condition, but they were informed that there have been no updates on his status. As of now, he remains unreachable and unavailable.

The University of Connecticut states that a fractured ankle could take anywhere from six to twelve weeks to heal. And it may take several months before one can resume athletic activities at their previous level of competition. Given that AJ competes at an extremely high level, it’s evident that he will require a significant amount of time to recover.

It’s crucial to understand that Styles’ injury requires a significant amount of time for proper recovery, and his absence from WWE television can be disappointing for fans.
